The importance of Gym Motivation

This was about last week when one of my colleague who was coming back from office had planned to go to gym when was on the way back home. He suddenly just thought of going for a drink to a nearby place with office colleague to have some chill time.


Gym was quite important as he gets only a day or two when he gets time and moreover he had planned to reduce the weight and became a reasonably fit as he needed to shed some extra kilos in a week for your cousin’s wedding in order to look in shape, smart and more confident as during last time, he had to listen some remarks about his increased weight from his bunch of friends and although he was aware of the fact that when he had thought of going for drinks, there was a chance that he might not get time to hit the gym and that’s exactly what had happened.


When he was back from his party, he did not have the motivation and energy to go to the gym. and took rest for sometime. And this was what almost put a full stop to his important gym day.
So what happened thereafter, he was tired enough, didn’t like leaving the bed and hitting the gym. All his energy was drained and was just delaying it thinking in his head that he will probably do it the next day.

Knowing the fact that he only had handful of days when he gets ample time to hit the gym. Although he was quite motivated the whole day, but then also this has happened.
He was not able to understand if he have done all the planning, he was dedicated, then how did he miss it when he required the most. This happens to be an ideal case of planning , this indicates that planning is not everything.

So this activity has made certain things clear to us.


Whether we talk about anything in life , if we don’t work according to the priorities, we are bound to lag behind. We don’t have anyone else to blame. It’s us only who are responsible for our own actions.
As it was an important day for us in terms of gym training, we should have given it the first priority. Certain things are not everyone’s cup of tea and gym is certainly one of those activities which require immense dedication for most of the lot.


We should learn to prioritize things, so that we don’t lose out on important ta.
