Planks are done with knees down the floor for 10-15 reps for 10 sets is what you should aim for in the starting. This is an ideal form of strength training where the experts suggest to hold a plank for at least 100 seconds. If you can’t, maybe there is a problem with body weight.

Pushups

Although this kind of exercise is more beneficial for your chest, I would still think this is something that can help especially men to maintain their belly fat in control. 

Aerobic exercise can be done at home for weight loss. Now, this is a very good form of exercise if performed at home. It is actually different from all others. One can have several options here to choose from :
